  I wanted to share my experience of a recent visit of many to Popeyes in Barrhaven. I have used a coach for training and nutrition for a couple of years but am doing it on my own now. Lately i have felt very tired and weaker and napping almost every day. I met Jesse the manager of the location and she asked me to trust her and try out a change in my diet. I listened to her and since then i haven't napped at all, my workouts are much better and in my quest to lean out a bit i lost 3 pounds this past week after upping my calories by 500 per day and mostly coming from healthy fats. I would of never thought upping my fats by 500 calories would be the solution. Im so thankful for Jesse and the time she spent with me while running a busy store. Thank you and thank you to ALL the wonderful staff at this location for your great service and help

  ive been there 4 times and each time they try so hard to sell me the most expensive products they carry . they also seem to think the public lacks knowledge. I'm no pro bb but Ive been doing my research and lifting for 20 years etc.... when I go there I have some 19 year old acting like they have all the know how and start up selling and batting there eye lashes. sorry honey , nice try....needless to say they can keep there popey dollars. I'm sticking with fitshop on merrivale and online purchases only. peace.
